View full workflow: Draft a buyer-consultation follow-up
Fictional inputs and illustrative output — not executed outputs.
Task
Prepare a draft follow-up after a buyer consultation for the agent to review. The draft stays a draft; nothing on this page sends it.
Inputs
- Agent-written fictional notes, the agreed next step (if there is one), and the preferred tone.
- This prototype uses synthetic notes only. Before ever using real notes, client consent and broker-approved vendor handling are prerequisites.
- Never paste a consultation transcript without explicit consent and approval.
- Remove names, contact details, and other identifiers the draft does not need.
Tools
Candidate text assistant only — no connectors, send permissions, or account access. Compatibility has not been tested.
Prompt with fictional inputs
This is the exact text the copy button copies: the exercise rules, the prompt, and the fictional notes.
FICTIONAL EXERCISE — synthetic notes only. Exercise rules: - The notes below are synthetic. They describe no real buyer, property, or transaction. - Do not add real names, contact details, addresses, or other identifiers; leave them as [CONFIRM]. - Do not paste a consultation transcript, contract, inspection report, or MLS record. - Do not substitute real client notes. Real notes would first need client consent and broker-approved vendor handling. - The result stays a draft for human review. Do not send, schedule, or publish it. Draft a short follow-up using only the synthetic notes below. Separate what the buyer shared, open questions, and the next step offered. Do not invent client or property facts, budgets, dates, deadlines, commitments, property conditions or defects, recommendations, legal conclusions, or assurances. Keep every unknown detail as [CONFIRM], and mark any next step the notes do not show as agreed [CONFIRM: proposed, not agreed]. Do not give mortgage, legal, inspection, or investment advice. Do not turn protected characteristics, proxies for them, or neighborhood stereotypes into housing recommendations; flag such requests for human review. Do not add names, contact details, or other identifiers. Return the draft and a claim-to-note checklist that quotes the exact note behind each factual statement and labels greetings as courtesy text. Do not send, schedule, or publish anything. Notes: - Synthetic note: Buyer requested two bedrooms. - Synthetic note: Budget was not discussed. - Synthetic note: Buyer asked what happens during an inspection. - Synthetic note: Agent offered to arrange a follow-up conversation; no date was agreed. - Preferred tone: warm, brief, plain language.
Steps (SOP)
- Confirm you have permission to use the notes and remove identifiers the draft does not need. In this prototype, use synthetic notes only.
- Select “Copy prompt and fictional inputs” and paste that text into an approved text assistant. It already contains the exercise rules and the fictional notes; add nothing else.
- Compare every statement in the draft with the notes, using the claim-to-note checklist.
- Check Fair Housing language, missing facts, and any commitment the notes do not support.
- Keep the result as a draft. A human must approve any later use or send outside this exercise.
Fictional inputs
- Synthetic note: Buyer requested two bedrooms.
- Synthetic note: Budget was not discussed.
- Synthetic note: Buyer asked what happens during an inspection.
- Synthetic note: Agent offered to arrange a follow-up conversation; no date was agreed.
- Preferred tone: warm, brief, plain language.
Illustrative output (not executed)
Subject: [CONFIRM: subject line] Hi [CONFIRM: buyer's preferred name], Thank you for talking with me. Here is a short summary of my notes. What you shared - You requested two bedrooms. Open questions - Budget was not discussed. [CONFIRM] - You asked what happens during an inspection. [CONFIRM: whether and how the agent follows up on this question] Next step offered - I offered to arrange a follow-up conversation; no date was agreed. - Date and time: [CONFIRM: proposed, not agreed] Please let me know if I have missed or misstated anything. [CONFIRM: agent name and signature] Claim-to-note checklist 1. "You requested two bedrooms." — Note: "Buyer requested two bedrooms." Stated. 2. "Budget was not discussed." — Note: "Budget was not discussed." Stated; budget left as [CONFIRM]. 3. "You asked what happens during an inspection." — Note: "Buyer asked what happens during an inspection." Stated; the question is recorded, not answered, and any follow-up is [CONFIRM]. 4. "I offered to arrange a follow-up conversation; no date was agreed." — Note: "Agent offered to arrange a follow-up conversation; no date was agreed." Stated; date and time are proposed, not agreed, and left as [CONFIRM]. 5. Courtesy text, not claims from the notes: the thank-you line and the closing request for corrections. 6. Left as [CONFIRM]: subject line, buyer's preferred name, agent name and signature. Draft only. Not sent.
Quality checks
- Factual grounding: every factual statement in the draft is quoted in the claim-to-note checklist beside the exact synthetic note it restates. Greetings are labeled courtesy text; everything else is [CONFIRM].
- Missing details stay marked [CONFIRM]. No invented budget, date, deadline, or commitment; the follow-up time is marked proposed, not agreed.
- No mortgage, legal, inspection, or investment advice. The inspection question is recorded, not answered; any follow-up on it stays [CONFIRM].
- Demographic assumptions and steering: no protected characteristics, proxies, or neighborhood stereotypes turned into recommendations. Any such request is flagged for human review.
- Confidentiality: fictional notes only, no identifiers beyond what the draft needs, and no transcript pasted.
- Tone: warm, brief, and plain, with no pressure, urgency, or promised outcomes.
- Unsupported claims: no suitability, market, or affordability statements.
- Nothing is sent. Before this entry could move past Idea, unsafe-request and conflicting-note fixtures would need to be tested; that has not happened.
Before any use
- Human review is required before any external use. This page cannot send, publish, or book anything.
- No tested compatibility, compliance, field-effectiveness, or outcome claims are made for this entry.
- Original editorial illustration written for this prototype. Not executed and not professionally approved.
